Coaching is ad-hoc and not integrated into KPIs or corporate initiatives
The coaching program isn't using AI to enhance outcomes or expand scope

Introduction to the AI Mindset
Is your team struggling with AI adoption, due to fear, distrust, or resistance to change? We'll introduce the framework that teams can use to enhance their AI knowledge, skills, and adoption.

This isn’t a lecture; it’s a high-energy, hands-on, interactive session. Each participant will participate in group, pair, and individual activities, and will practice AI skills using their own laptop and AI tools. There's ample time for questions and individual support.

This workshop has no prerequisites. Participants will fill out a short pre-workshop survey on current AI use and attitudes, which we use to tailor the instruction and practice.

This small group, hands-on workshop provides both an immediate productivity boost and a foundation for future AI skill building. The investment for a standard on-site session with up to 16 participants is $12,000. Significant discounts are available for multi-session engagements, and session customization and travel may also impact the fee. Contact us to discuss!
