Embracing an AI Mindset
Half-day onsite intensive
AI is transforming business. Do your people have the required "AI Mindset?"

You've started investing in AI solutions, but your teams aren't using them to their potential.
Symptoms may include:
Low adoption of AI solutions among certain teams or populations
Lack of enthusiasm for changing work processes to take advantage of AI
Unskilled, basic use of AI solutions isn't bringing the ROI you expected

All team members with access to general productivity AI solutions, and team members using specialty AI solutions for specific tasks. This program develops general AI mindset and skills that can be applied to all AI solutions.

The AI Mindset framework consists of three steps.

Step 1: Know Yourself
Your team will likely consist of multiple AI Adopter Personas: skeptics, advocates, enthusiasts, etc. Each persona brings strengths and blind spots when it comes to working with AI effectively. Through a group exercise and pair work, we help people identify their persona and reflect on the strengths they bring to the team.
Step 2: Know Your AI
Different AI systems bring different personalities -- ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and CoPilot all work a bit differently. More importantly, the role we ask AI to play when engaging it determines the usefulness of the output we receive. We teach how to use AI as a clerk, a critic, a colleague, and a coach.
Step 3: Learn to Collaborate
As with any work relationship, a collaboration mindset and communication skills are critical success factors. But AI is a new kind of intelligence, and a different kind of colleague. Participants learn the mindset characteristics that build success with AI: curiosity, innovation, experimentation, and adaptability. And they practice the "communication skills" necessary for successful AI conversations: AI vs. search conversations, prompting techniques, and output analysis.

This isn’t a lecture; it’s a high-energy, hands-on, interactive session. Each participant will participate in group, pair, and individual activities, and will practice AI skills using their own laptop and AI tools. There's ample time for questions and individual support.

This workshop has no prerequisites. Participants will fill out a short pre-workshop survey on current AI use and attitudes, which we use to tailor the instruction and practice.

This small group, hands-on workshop provides both an immediate productivity boost and a foundation for future AI skill building. The investment for a standard on-site session with up to 16 participants is $12,000. Significant discounts are available for multi-session engagements, and session customization and travel may also impact the fee. Contact us to discuss!
