AI Solutions for HR Teams

Half-day onsite intensive

AI is transforming HR. Are you ready? Is your team?

HR teams are not aware of the many benefits that AI can bring to HR, and are unprepared to manage the consequences of broader workforce transformation brought on by AI adoption throughout the organization.

Symptoms may include:

  • Low awareness of how AI is transforming HR functions at other organizations

  • Low or no usage of general AI tools to support HR productivity, and of specialized AI solutions to support recruiting, talent management, coaching, or benefits support.

  • Lack of planning for upcoming workforce transformation caused by AI adoption in sales, product, operations, and administration teams.

Senior HR leaders and their team leads. To begin to understand how AI will impact the organization, HR leadership must be AI literate, which means becoming frequent and competent users of both general and specific AI solutions.

This workshop has no prerequisites. Participants will fill out a short pre-workshop survey on current AI use and attitudes, which we use to tailor the instruction and practice.

Matt and Doug deliver a great way to both engage and educate attendees of their workshops.
