For this article, I spoke with veteran coach Breck Costin, who draws on his decades of experience to share some provocative insights on why getting started with AI can be so challenging.
Hint: The people bits are harder than the technology.
Specific to the people side of AI, Breck shared,
"Whenever someone embarks on a new endeavor, there is always uncertainty. There is an existential abyss that someone must cross without any real idea of the value. Whether it's playing an instrument, learning a sport, or, in this case, learning a new language, the value follows the commitment, not the other way around."
