HR teams are increasingly adopting AI solutions to enhance their productivity, creativity, and contributions to the organization. But the field is developing so quickly it can be difficult to know where to start, how to apply today's tools, and how to plan for tomorrow's opportunities. 

This is an introductory workshop that goes deep. You'll analyze case studies from large and medium size organizations achieving success with AI tools for HR. Hands-on exercises and individual and group activities encourage you to apply specific solutions to your team context. 

As companies invest in AI transformation they often find that employees hesitate to use the new tools. Resistance to change, lack of basic AI skills, distrust of AI outputs, and fear of being displaced all threaten the investments your company is making in AI solutions. 

This program motivates employees to embrace AI solutions and teaches them to develop the essential mindset characteristics necessary for successful human/AI collaboration: curiosity, experimentation, innovation, and resilience. The principles can be applied to all corporate AI tools including LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) and specialty solutions. 

Coaching programs deliver strong impact but their high costs limit their scope. AI coaching solutions allow organizations to offer personalized insights and data-driven recommendations tailored to each employee’s strengths and development areas, and to extend these benefits to more team members, amplifying impact.
